About Us

In 1981, Bruce Nicol started one of the only family run restaurants in the Southern Maryland area with a few pieces of used equipment, a rental space in the Hickory Hills Shopping Center, the helping hands of a few family members and a passion for bringing quality pizza to the area. For forty years running, the Nicollettis Pizza, thanks to the efforts of son and now owner Ryan, has grown into a hometown staple. With its large dining area and private party rooms available it is the perfect spot for sports teams, family & friends to reserve for special events throughout the year. It's the place you loved coming to as a child and the place you now enjoy bringing your children to. 

Prideful in our efforts to keep all menu items nearly entirely made in house, we strive to make our menu great tasting through the use of quality, fresh ingredients. The menu is always changing, adding new items to include appetizers, subs, salads, pastas, deserts and of course specialty pizzas. With the introduction of new items, we hold strong to what started it all, our pizza, using the same recipe for our dough, pizza sauce ad cheese blend that made us a local favorite.
